Job Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for overall interfacing with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other INTEGRIS Lighting department staff to enhance existing business, expand growth opportunities, and lead efforts to further refine and improve INTEGRIS Lighting business operations as the primary liaison between the customer and INTEGRIS Lighting. Ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied is the number one responsibility.
- Ensure INTEGRIS Lighting is executing to the Project requirements
- Coordinating company resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Developing relationships throughout the customer’s enterprise
- Attending Project Meetings
- Ensuring all communication from INTEGRIS Lighting to the customer is 100% accurate, timely, and presented in a manner that exceeds the customer’s expectations and which reflects positively on INTEGRIS Lighting
- Create Change Orders when necessary. Following up in order to guarantee timely execution by the Customer and follow up processes by internal INTEGRIS Lighting staff
- Review and Revise Submittals in accordance with feedback from Customer, Designer, Architects, MEP, etc. Ensure data provided is timely and accurate
- Present at all major deliveries to the job-site. Check product delivered is accurate to what has been requested and organized properly in the storage location
- PM will spend time with on-site customer representative walking the job-site, making note of issues throughout the process
- Communication is critical to the success of any Project. INTEGRIS Lighting Project Managers will create and maintain Project status updates for the customer and INTEGRIS Lighting.
- Maintain daily status update for each Project supported
- Ensure that the customer’s expectations are appropriately set
- Ensure that INTEGRIS Lighting is focused on the right activities to exceed the customer’s expectations and positioned to leverage success
- Create and manage schedules for multiple job-sites, assuring the material is on-hand when needed for install
- Prioritize project tasks that have resource limitations so as to prevent impact on the critical path
- Identify risks and develop plans to minimize risks
- Provide contingency planning for projects
- Define the processes to be used throughout the Project
- Document the processes in a standardized format
- Ensure all internal and external resources are utilizing the process documents
- Change/upgrade the process documents as needed
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase profitability throughout the organization and initiate projects to achieve improvements in these areas
- Work on any assigned projects to produce timely, accurate, and actionable results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent personal computer skills – spreadsheet, database, internet, word processing
- A self-motivator that is eager to learn and grow
- A team player who must be able to work with people from various functions
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation skills
- Willing to travel
