JOB TITLE: Construction Foreman (Interior/Exterior Renovations - Multi-family Construction)

Provident Specialty Group offers both Market Rate Renovations and Affordable Housing Rehabilitation services coast to coast along with New Construction Interior Finish-Out services for the Multi-Family, Commercial, and Hospitality asset types.
 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 5+ years of renovations experience with a GC, Developer, or subcontractor specializing in multi-family/hospitality/commercial construction.
• Experience managing trades, schedules, overseeing QA/QC, and Safety
• Must be able to read plans and specifications.
• Technical skills: Xactimate, Procore, MS Office Suite preferred
