Under the leadership of Leon Backes, Provident is in constant pursuit of flexibility, innovation, and professionalism in its operations and investments. We are currently focused in 5 core platforms - Master Planned Communities, Data Centers, Hospitality, Industrial, and Multi-family - while also pursuing opportunities in Mixed‑Use, Retail, and RV Parks.
